Your team has caregivers on it. Most of them haven't told you.

Employees caring for aging parents miss more work, disengage sooner, and leave at higher rates than almost any other workforce group, and most HR teams have no plan for it beyond an EAP line nobody calls. We give your people practical, judgment-free support for the caregiving crises that hit without warning.

A one-time workshop and takeaway resources, not a benefits platform overhaul or a long-term contract.

The cost is already on your books. It just shows up as turnover.

Caregiving for an aging parent rarely announces itself in advance. It shows up as a missed deadline, a sudden PTO request, or a resignation letter you didn't see coming, and most managers have no idea what's actually happening or what to do about it.

The unplanned leave

A fall, a diagnosis, a hospital discharge with 48 hours' notice. Your best project manager is suddenly out for two weeks with no plan in place, and neither she nor her manager knows what support even exists.

The quiet resignation

She didn't quit over the job. She quit because the job and her father's care became impossible to hold at once, and nobody at the company ever asked how she was managing it.

The manager who freezes

An employee discloses a caregiving crisis in a 1:1. The manager means well, says the wrong thing, and the moment that could have kept a good employee engaged instead becomes the reason they start job hunting.

None of this is a training failure or a bad hire. It's a gap almost every employer has, because almost nobody prepares for it.

Built for the people trying to solve this from the inside.

The HR or People leader

You know caregiving is costing you retention and productivity, but your EAP doesn't cover it well and an enterprise platform is out of budget or overkill for your headcount.

The people manager

You want to support a struggling employee without overstepping, saying the wrong thing, or letting it slide until it becomes a performance issue.

The benefits broker or consultant

You're looking for a practical add-on you can bring to mid-sized clients who need more than a pamphlet but don't need a full enterprise caregiving vendor.

Simple to bring in. Built to actually get used.

Manager's Guide

Included with every workshop

A one-page reference every manager keeps: the signs of caregiving strain, a short script for a 1:1 conversation, and where to point an employee for more support.

Group Community Access

Priced per employee, per year

Give any employee ongoing access to the Compass Community: a weekly live webinar, a weekly support call, and a private group of people navigating the same thing, available whenever they need it, not just during the workshop.

Ask About Group Access

She ran operations for large corporations. Then she lived the gap firsthand.

Nicole Hilgenkamp spent 30 years running complex operations for large corporations: process optimization, change management, systems that worked. When her own mother needed care, she learned the hard way that no employer, including hers, had a real plan for what she was going through.

Your Parents Keeper's employer program exists so your team doesn't have to learn it the same way: through trial, error, and a resignation letter.

What HR teams ask first.

How fast will you get back to me with pricing?

Within one business day, Monday through Friday, Central time. That first reply includes a short scoping question or two and a pricing range, not a request for a discovery call before you can see a number.

From there, a signed workshop usually schedules three to four weeks out, and faster if you have a date driving it.

What does the workshop cost?

Pricing is by group size and format. Virtual costs less than on site. Email support@yourparentskeeper.com and you will have a real number in one business day.

Is this a benefits platform we have to integrate?

No. It is a 60 to 90 minute session plus takeaway materials. No implementation, no eligibility file, no IT project, no annual contract. If you later want ongoing support for employees, group access to the Compass Community is priced per employee per year and is entirely optional.

Who should attend, managers or employees?

Both, and the session is built to work with a mixed room. Managers get the language for a hard 1:1 and the signs to watch for. Employees get the practical plan. Splitting them into two sessions works too if your culture calls for it.

Can you do this virtually for a distributed team?

Yes. Most sessions are virtual. On site is available in the Omaha metro, and elsewhere with travel arranged in advance.

Do you work with brokers and benefits consultants?

Yes. Several bring this to mid sized clients as a practical add on that sits between a pamphlet and a full enterprise caregiving vendor. Email us and we will send the one page overview you can forward.
